On June 29, 2023, at 7:00 PM the St. Albans Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Alexandria Church of Christ – 5380 Moots Run Rd., Alexandria. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a rezoning application request for Ernst Concrete for a change in zoning from Agriculture (AG) to Manufacturing and Distribution District (M&D) for the property located on the north side of Moots Run Rd. – Parcel Number 066-317328-00.000. The use of the property is for concrete plant.
